"This waiata is a reflection of what goes on in my brain, hoping I’m not the only one who contemplates such things. Specifically, No Plan No Pack came from the pāpā side of my brain. It’s less of a story and more a collection of thoughts such as; taking care of my whānau during a zombie apocalypse, buying into the wellbeing thing but recognising that sometimes not giving a shit about wellbeing is great for our health, with a final thought that taha whānau is probably the most important thing, and I'll throw everything in for that at the end of the day”
